Even though it’s still ultimately a top-down RPG (essentially), the world felt properly realised, with your character able to interact with it in a way that reminded me of Skyrim, or perhaps more accurately BOTW, more than anything else - i.e. I also felt like they really doubled down on the mechanics of the game, in a good way. I felt the dialogue in he first one was limited, and none of the characters particularly grabbed me - both of these issues were soundly addressed in the sequel. I guess it just feels like a much “fuller” experience, if that makes sense. Please note that this subreddit is not affiliated with Sony or any of its subsidiaries.
